My fiancé has just moved back to Florida (in the past few weeks) and is no longer employed by Dicks Sporting Goods in NJ, however she isn't unemployed - she's back at Disney World in Florida doing the same amount of hours for the same pay as she was in NJ. Will this be a problem? Obviously all of the forms we submitted stated she worked in NJ for Dicks but this is no longer the case. Interview is in two weeks and I'm just wondering what the best plan of action would be? Thanks for reading.

Sam.

As long as she has the required income, you should be fine.

That should not be a problem as long as she makes enough income to suport you when you get here.

Good luck on your journey.

The embassy will only focus on whether she makes enough for the year or not. So if you still have copies of her tax returns and even copies of her previous pay stubs, you should be more than ok.
