i posted lastnight about this,and i got it wrong,my most recent tax doesnt include my kids,my ex wife has the full custody of our kids but i give child support..i live alone at my house,and just waiting for my fiancee!..on my past taxes i did not meet their guidelines,and i was a student last year..i got a job now,and i know its within the limit now..do you think they will look at it as a basis.?please help,.what about my kids?if they put my kids i wont be able to meet their guidelines again

Did you sponsor your ex wife with an I-864 within the last 10 years? If so, she is likely included in the household size.

If you did not claim the kids on your 2008 taxes then they are NOT included in your family/household size.

hi thank you for the reply,then what do i need to put on line number 8 on i184?i dont include my kids on my recent taxes,my ex wife has the full custody of them,i dont have any right on that but i do pay child support for my kids.i live alone at my house,i did not include my ex too on my recent tax

According to what you are saying there is no one dependent on you. That means the answer is None or N/A
