im adham from egypt , im 17 , already finished my high school .

my question is about my dad ( that he have no green card ) , actually he needs to go to america to marry somone to make him have green card , and my question is " When he will have his green card after marrige ?? is it just about just finishing his wedding ??" please i need Full explanation for it As Soon As Possible.

Who would post something like this? Seriously dude, Adham, that would be an attempt of fraud. Do you know what fraud is? You should because your English is one of the best from a young Egyptian boy I have ever seen. Especially, if you are still in the country. This is just a really fishy post.

I gave the OP the benefit of the doubt since English is obviously not his native language and it is possible that this is not as it seems. Still, you may be right.

I'll give the OP the benefit of the doubt and assume his father is about to get married for love and that he is wondering about the green card process...will no ill intent. So that being said the green card will be received depending on what kind of visa your father arrived on. Sounds like he may arrive to the U.S. on a fiance visa, IDK. If that is the case, then it will be quite a while before he receives a green card.

It sounds likeintending a fraud marriage just for a green card, be care because Cairo Embassy have acces to this site and they will flag ur father as a FRAUD MARRIAGE. Besides this is not the right place for ur question, and both of u seems like very interesting in just get a Green Card.
