Hello. Í want to get a visa for my fiancee who lives in Peru, and I wanted to see if any of you could recommend a good lawyer to help us. The only problem I see with our case is that I don't have income or assets, but I have family members who are willing to co-sponsor, and I will graduate medical school next year.

Thanks,

J

If your case is straightforward you most likely do not need a lawyer. Taking into account your dire financial situation as well, I would strongly advise you to rethink hiring a lawyer unless there is something significant and unique about your case you are not sharing here.

If you read the guides closely and do all your homeowrk, there should be no problem with you getting this all done on your own.

Best of luck!
