Long story on that approval but it still wasnt approved at CSC. Hard to stay positive when you have been waiting as long as some of us have. When you have 192 petitions prior to 15 Mar still to go (and that is just the VJ ones) it is going to be long wait.

It bothers me that posts like this get new people all excited and get their hopes up only to have them dashed again. The fact is that everyone needs to settle down and figure on a long wait. Even if CSC starts handing Approvals out like candy it is going to take them weeks if not months to catch up. There are just too many petitions awaiting approval.

true dwar but positive thinking never hurt anyone. You always play down any good news. It's depressing, really.

Sorry, Devilette. but I dont play down good news when it is solid and the person can cite specific information. What I play down and is rumors and wishful thinking that is put across as fact. I love to hear of people getting approvals or information that is specific and comes from the source. Besides I didnt hear any good news in this post. What I saw was someone who misunderstood what had happened. No fault of Friends, but it just gets people looking at this in an unrealistic manner.

Now on the other hand if all this goes away and CSC does catch up in next few weeks I will gladly eat my hat on my web cam so everyone can watch and poke fun at me.

 he is confused.

I'm talking about any other posts...about touching, etc.

I wouldnt count on CSC being in any way fast or speedy...Yes I am hopeful that they will get their act together, but with the amount of petitions even of those people on the board from 1 Jan to 15 Mar. left to get NOA2s I dont expect them to catch up...

----

One thing alot of people loose sight of is that we (the people on this board) are just a small proportion of the people waiting in line at CSC. I too think it is great that so many touches are happening but also know that CSC is still working on petitions from the late Jan to early Feb time frame. Based on watching their dates and being on other boards even if they start speeding things up it is going to be late summer to early fall before they finally get caught up to where Vermont is.

-----

Yes there have been a couple of approvals on the board in last two weeks. Both from Jan 2006. So based on that it is going to be a long wait.

Just my opinion.
