Well just got a phone call from a gentlemen at Customs & Border Patrol! He stated "I received all of the supprting evidence in regards to Hassen that was faxed to CBP on Wednesday substantiaing he didn't receive the I-94 upon entry. We did some leg work & research on the case and the I-94 WILL BE READY FOR YOU TO PICK UP AT YOUR LOCAL FIELD OFFICE NEXT TUESDAY AT NO CHARGE!!!" He stated he'll call us Tuesday to confirm we can pick it up at our convience, verified my phone number again & told us have a nice weekend! :thumbs:

THANK GOD!! :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Were so excited as you all know your not able to move forward in the immigtrratin process at all without that document/record. Hopefully no one goes through this but I know its happened to other couples. So don't give in & pay the fee, if you legimately did not receive it - keep at them until you get it!!!

May 20, 2009 Picked up VISA

June 26, 2009 Prince flies to America, arrives to JFK - exactly 18 months from the day we met!!

The Journey through AOS:

May 05, 2010 - mailed I-485

May 11, 2010 - text message stating application received

May 13, 2010 - NOA1 for AOS

May 17, 2010 - Biometrics letter rec'd

June 10, 2010 - Biometrics appt

August 03, 2010 - AOS @10:45 am - "conditional" approval pending corrected medical form by Civil Surgeon

Sept 8, 2010 - AOS Approved for 10 year Greencard!!!

Very good news!!

June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

May 30 08-Baby Joshua was born

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Jan 11-Divorce final

July 11-1st trip to take Josh to see George

Mar 12-2nd trip to take Josh to see George

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.
