Hello folks,

For some reason when you click on the VJ website under processing time for CSC it shows Feb 19, 2009 as the date for K-1. But, when you actually go on the website for USCIS https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDis...EOpHt4ObEk1m-ks it states 5 months. I am sure the USCIS is more accurate. I don't know why the VJ processing time for CSC is incorrect. Anyone know what is going on?

They both actually point to the same general site - egov.uscis.gov. The link referenced on VJ and the link you posted in your thread appears to use a slightly different method of retrivieving/calculating/displaying the information. If you look at the link referenced on VJ now, you'll see a page filled with text that looks like an error. That is, in fact, a Java/JSP error which suggests that link uses JSP to retrieve the processing times. The link referenced in your post appears to use a simple HTML form to retieve the processing times. The problem is on the USCIS side, as far as I can tell. Not sure which one is correct though, since both pages come directly from USCIS's servers.

Starlight if you keep trying to figure this out with your many posts yoru going to drive yourself insane. Unfortuneately we have no control over when we get approved. I have been waiting well over 4 months now. I suggest you try and find a hobby or soemthing that keeps you away from the computer for a bit. :) Enjoy the time you have left with family and friends and prepare lists for you future once you move.

Good LUck.

Thanks I have been trying to do that. I am actually the petitioner, and its just aggravating when you don't know when your going to receive your approval. Good luck to you and I am sure you will get your approval soon!
