They separate the three files when it gets there, so I would include a copy of each to each form you are filling out.

where did you find what needs to be included with each form, im still having problems finding it, im going by your cover letter here but i want to be sure not to miss anything important, also, is it 1010 or 1012? i though 1012 but just checking

You can send a copy of the I-94 front and back. Hang onto your original (as it should be stapled into your passport).

We sent a personal check mainly because its easier. Also so we can keep track of when they cash it.

Then how do you photocopy the back?! This is one of the dumbest questions i've ever asked, but i'm scared to remove the darn thing from my passport like its some kind of crime. I guess you need to remove it to photocopy the back... and then staple it back in?

I left it in the passport, I copied the front with the K1 showing and same for the back. ALthough the officer who put it in my passport, left the extra paper band where you detach it so i can fold it to show the back (and the K1 again :) )

But i know you can unstaple it, the main thing is to have it in your passport. In the past, I received some that where not stapled in my passport, just put in the visa page. Take it out but don't loose it :)

Mine was never stapled. I don't think it matters if its stapled.

my co sponsor doesn't have a passport, what do i use for her, would her drivers license and birth certificate be enough?
