Awesome!

I'm almost done! I'm going to mail it out tomorrow. One little question... I see here on the AP instructions is asks you to write a letter of request? Did you guys do this? Did you put anything specific or just a generatic paragraph kissing USCIS butt?

I just gave a brief description of the travel plans in the box provided on the form. It just said trips to Canada to visit family and also trip to Ireland December 2009.

I wrote details of my pre-arranged custody visitation agreement and included a copy of the agreement...but they issue it to everyone, so I don't thing the reason needs to be compelling....

Congrats Saphire!

I have my biometrics this Friday coming. It's an hour away, and our apppmnts are for 8am and 9am...I'm thinking i'll have to leave at around 6:15am to be safe...traffic etc.... my only saving grace is that if we are a tad late...I have both spots reserved for me and my son..so I hope we don't get yelled at too bad lol...not that we plan on being late lol...

How do I get an hour away in the smallest State in the US?! HAHA! Isn't that like the whole distance of the entire State? lol...

I'm hoping based on timelines that my AP and EAD will come in about 2 weeks. I actually got offered work a couple of days ago...I told them it'll be a few weeks before I get my papers :) Not sure if i'll take it...in my industry...work is not consistent...I really don't have to work, but it would be nice to pick things up here and there...funny thing is that I have been offered many great opportunities in the past several months, and I could never take them...watch now that I will be able to work...nothing good will come through...lol...I guess it just gives me more time to keep writing...

Hey now Delaware is not the smallest state, that privlidge goes to Rhode Island. Traveling the whole state would probably take about 2 1/2 hours from tip of Wilmington to Fenwick Island. You should be fine giving yourself 1 hour travel time going down to Dover from where you live. Most of the traffic heads North in the morning so you should be good, plus the speed limit is 65 on Route 1 :)

We got everything in, but how/when will we know about whether or not his application has been (hoping and crossing fingers!!!) transferred to CSC... if (when!) it does?? We've already got our NOA 1s...... Hmmm....???

Hey July, I've been looking up the timelines and it seems that nobody in Michigan (so Detroit for the CIS) got transferred to CSC so I don't think our cases will be transferred :(

Yeah... haven't heard a PEEP from CRIS. Hmmm... perhaps we won't be transferred after all... but then again... we're JUST under the 3 week mark..... Oyyyyyyy. Guess I was hoping for a great birthday present from the government! LOL Silly me!!!

Anything could happen. I know some people are still waiting for bio notices and filed a couple of weeks ago...maybe the summer load is catching up...all the more reason to transfer you!

I guess if people do get an interview it's still a little faster than the beginning of the year. Jenni and Bo had I think a 3-4 month turn around to interview...and then I guess GC comes shortly after that? and CSC trans are at about 8-9 weeks for a GC...

Heck, we as CSC transfers could see interviews! UGH! I hope not lol! I mean I don't mind the time frame...I just hate the interview part...I was a mess before Montreal! And the proof prep etc.... it's def not for me...i'm a stress case! :)

The interview wasn't really that bad...the only thing that sucks is you need to have the I-693 if you get an interview...

it was only 3 months from the day they recieved it to our interview date (a month longer now b/c of the RFE), but it's not so bad :) Don't get too worried if you're not transfered - they seem to be going and a decent pace. I think one of the things that may decide if you are transfered or not is how busy your local office is (not positive, but I could see it).

Even though I've had no touches, I'm wondering if I'll get something soon?....hmmmmm...guess I'll have to wait and see! :)
