My fiance is also active duty...any info you can find out and pass on would be much appreciated. I am being laid off from my job around the beginning of Oct, so the less time I have to wait the better!!!

Ouh, i am so sorry to hear about your job. I know what it feels like :(. But be sure, as soon as i get my hands on some information i will share them with you. Right now i am reading the links which some of the users shared with me (btw, Thank you guys!!! ). I also sent the G-325a form to my fiance, photos (passport size) and a letter of intent. ... Now, my fiance and i are trying to work on the things he has to get done, and it takes a lot of reading :pop: . On this topic, you will find a link which a user shared with me and it is about active duty military, start from there....

Does your fiance have deployment orders? Or is he currently deployed? That is the only way that USCIS will expedite cases for active duty military. My fiance is active duty AF, but our case was not expedited.

Yeah, Minnew is right. An case can be expedited only if your AD fiance has deployment orders or he's currently deployed in a conflict area (Iraq, Afganistan). I'm also a military fiancee, but we're still waiting for our NOA2, no expedite here...

Good luck with everything!
