info for the G-325a Biographical form

I will try and make this as short as possible -

i was living in NYC and i was an over stay .......... during my time yes i did some hospitality work and worked "under the table"

anyway, i met my fiance, now i am in UK we have applied for K1 (I-129a) yes i know we will have to file an I-601. my question is on the Biographical form it asks for employment for the last 5 years. obviously i do not want to name names for the bars i worked in............... but what do i do??
