Emergency I-131 Travel Document

We applied for the I131 to be expidited as we were told to do through USCIS per phone conversation, including all the information they told us to do. We got the NOA1 for this with receipt number, but it couldnt be found in the USCIS database. We were transferred to someone else who found it on a "2nd database" which seems odd. We were told it was showing it was NOT to be expidited. That man sent a message (somewhere) explaining that my wife's brother is dying in the Philippines. He told us to check back July 28 to see if any change.

This is very frustrating. It seems like there should be someone who can handle the matter immdediately.

You don't need AP. The K3 is a 2 year multiple entry visa. She can go to be with her brother and return without a problem.

As mentioned, the K3 is a multi-entry visa. If you needed an emergency AP for a K1 visa, then making an infopass is the way to get one fast.
