Dear all,

For our K1 visa I need a criminal record from the Uk as I was a student there for 3 years. I have applied for a subject access form on June 5th and am still waiting. I called there also but they said it could take up to 40 days.

I had one processed 1 year ago and it only took 10 days so I am wondering what might be wrong...

does anybody have experience with criminal records from the uk ? What form did you send there? The subject access form?

How long did it take?

Thank you for sharing!

Took 40 days when I ordered mine last year around july/august..

So my advice is EXPECT to wait 40 days - if it comes sooner then its a bonus, but if not, then you won't panic.
