These questions, I'm sure have never been asked before! :hehe:

PLZ HELP???

1.) My husbands G235-A is dated 5-22-06. Do they really have to be 30 days or less? Am I setting myself up for an rfe?

2.) Family name, his last name for me on the I-129f since we are married or should I just use Houston (MY MAIDEN NAME) like I did on the I-130?

3.) Pictures Im sending are the same ones I sent with the I-130 and yes they are over 30 days!

4.) Question #10 on the I-129, do they want the # from my birth certificate? I'm a natural born citizen.

5.) Quest. #11, shouls I put pending I-130 or something? I know I have to send the NOA1 from the 130. I dont want to leave anything blank, you know?

6.) Quest #18. says explain in detail why the requirement that we should have met shouldn't apply. I posted something about before. Instead of me going to Morocco prior to marrying my husband, I used that money to take my daughter so she could be a part of the wedding. Is now the time to send in her airplane tickets and passport and stuff like that. It does only say to "EXPLAIN". I want to send it anyway. Opinoins on this one PLEASE?

7.) Last 1............ For part C of the 129f.. I put n/a for EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!! Of course I have more than 1 copy of the 129f. Are these questions for me or my husband. It doesn't really matter, it is still not applicable to either one of us. Soooooooooooooooo, should I NOT answer them at all?

Thank you for responses. I really and truly appreciate everything yall!

Pray with me Forrest! Dear God, make me a bird so I can fly far. Far, far away from here..... Dear God, make me a bird so I can fly far. Far, far away from here!

I can tell you what a lawyer wrote on my I-129f. But He never sent it after the I-130 NOA1 was sent with a case number. After 1 month I fired him. I never filed the I-129F because the I-130 was approved soon after.

1.) I would get a new updated copy of the G-325a, this is going to Home Land Security. And they might be pretty picky.

2.) partB is all her maiden name and address abroad. We married in Colombia.

3.) Lawyer asked for several copies of photos, so I’m thinking he’s going to send the I-129F with the photos even if they are over 30 days. But we didn’t file an I-129F.

4.) X in Birth in the U.S. he didn’t write anything in the other boxes.

5.) He put x yes, because 10 years ago I tried to bring a women from Mexico here, but stopped the petition. I would think if you haven’t tried to bring anybody else here before your husband, mark X no

6.) 18. He marked x yes, in the box below he wrote, “See attached statement” but I don’t know anything about that?

7.) Part c he put n/a in both boxes.

Maybe somebody can touchup my reply better, I’m no where new an expert on this stuff.

Just trying to get you going.

If you have questions go see your congressmen in your state they help you for free. You need to update your materials. Look at the sample forms here too.

Hi there,

1.)...the date on the G325a does NOT have to be within 30 days

2.)...if your using his last name now then you should use that....probably should have on the I-130 also...

3.)....your pictures are fine...we used the same pics and they were older than 30 days...

4.)....check the box that says "birth in the U.S." if you were born here...nothing else is required.

5.).....put in the name of the benificiary, USA, date of I-130 filing, and "I-130 pending"...that should be suficient.

6.)....for question #18...the instructions tell you it's not applicable for spouses...just put N/A as the instructions tell you

hope this helps..:)
