Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

hi guys!!!

i just got home... and im so happy to bring home the PINK!!

we left the house by 4:30am since its a long drive to Manila, and coz of the traffic i got to the Embassy by 8:00...

i took my baby with me and my mom....Ü

i got my queing number by 8:40 and its 6095...

been waiting for my name to be called for Fingerscanning,and finally been called at 9:30..

another hour of waiting,my number flashed to Window 22..

the Lady Pre-screener let me signed the partII of DS230..just asked me for chat logs,phone history,emails,letters and pictures..

and asked me these questions,

who is my petitioner,if ive been married before,how old are we,how long have we been married,how did we met..

i think they are just asking u questions to have something to talk while they're arranging your folder(application)..

and she said thats all, wait for my name to be called for the Final interview and goodluck..

30 minutes after,my number flashed to window 32 for my Final interview..

have to wait outside coz there's still applicant inside...

my CO is a handsome guy i think in his early 30's, as in really handsome.. haha my mom said he looks like the Famous "Smith"haha

so when i get in,the Co is busy typing and so im just waiting for him to ask me...

he only asked me few questions such as

When did we get married, how old am i, what is my husband's work,his position,if my daughter is a USC already and i said she has her US passport and CRBA already..

and then he said "Okay, i have no more questions for u, your visa is approved,just wait for ur name to be called outside for the next instruction"

and i thank him and went out of the room..

just waited i think 3 minutes and my name was called to Window 37 for releasing and handed me the PINK & instructed me to pay the visa delivery..

I wanna thank everyone here who helped me through this process....

this site is really helpful..

i cant wait to receive my visa and see my hubby soon................

June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony

i am so excited to fly now and be with my hubby..

those who will have their interview soon, i will say it again don't worry and don't be nervous coz

they will just ask you something about u and ur SO just to kill the silence while they're arranging your folder of application..Ü

PinayAmerican and I will be flying together..

Did you have any problems getting mom in the embassy with you?

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Did you have any problems getting mom in the embassy with you?

nope... i just told the guard that i cant leave my baby and that my mom's the one will hold her..so he let us in...
