A few questions to start...

1. Why they denying you?

2. How will you sponsor your fiance if your there living while process is going on?

Have you tried repairing whatever caused the original 2 denials? If you have not overcome the reasons for denial in the past how will you expect them to have a different outcome this time?

as i posted in your other thread really u need to check the poverty level to make sure u earn enough to support two people to satisfy what the government requires. :)

yes its ok to go there and stay until u get the answer but im really worried about ur income level they may not see it as sufficient income to support three people, maybe u should look into finding a co-sponsor.

You're posting the same thread all the forums, yet those who respond may not see the responses you've received to your other threads.

What you're calling confusion is exactly what's going to get your second petition to get derailed unless you deal with it. (Your income does not matter at this stage...you still haven't gotten your petition approved sateside).

Which petition is your congressman inquiring about? #1 or #2?

I know you werent asking about this but, i have the same concern as Sara.

You would need 22887.00 to meet the income guidelines for a household of 3.

1100.00/month does not equal that.

I also responded in your thread in MENA:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=208128

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

it may not be the issue at this point in time but she really does need to think about it because it could be the very reason she could get denied after she goes thru all the stress of state side approval.
