"Have you ever filed for this or any other alien fiance or husband/wife before?"

Ok yes I was once married to a foreign woman, but she was already here in the US on a work visa at the time. So should I answer yes to this question, I didnt handle the paperwork on that one a lawyer did. Im pretty sure we didnt use a K1 application.

I don't think the question means YOU personally, but more like on your behalf. Since you mention a foreign wife and lawyers and paperwork, I'd answer yes on this question since you likely filed a petition and an adjustment of status for your previous wife.

Good luck.

Well you still are not using a K-1 application..

What was your ex-wife's work visa?

Did you submit an I-130 petition for her to get a greencard after your marriage even if it was prepared by a lawyer?

YMMV

Yes, and then continue with the following questions that apply when you answer yes.

In case you missed it in an earlier post, there's no such thing as a K1 application. You are filing a petition. Later, your fiancee will apply for a visa but not with any paper that says "K1 application". Time to start learning and using the correct terminology (see the guides) so you get correct answers to your questions.
