First: I am very sorry that this has happened to you.

Second: You're pretty early in the process, just don't respond to any more of the forms they send you and the process will stop as far as I understand.

Do you know how long would it take?

I received several forms for the Interview, but I havent repply to none.

Well.. send a letter to the consulate telling them the situation and that you wish to withdraw support of the petition. Then talk to a family attorney to get a divorce.

I am so sorry to hear you are going thru this... call the UCSIS and tell them your situation.. and as far as your wife goes I hope they blacklist her so she cant ever do this to someone else.. I hope she learns a lesson about using people....and you might be able to get an annulment, check on that also

The petition is approved.. the USCIS has nothing to do with it anymore. If you wish to cancel it, it has to be taken care of at the Consulate.

Are you the USC or not.. If so that what I wrote above stands. No forms required...

If you think, she only cares for your citizenship, then you must not want to spend your life with her. I am not sure, what stages you are right now. You can contact the consulate/Embassy and explain your situation.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
