Hi all,

quick question just to see if anyone has experienced something similar.

I recieved an rfe for additional info at about 5.5 months into this process. Needed a marriage dissolution document translated into english.

I have sent that back and now hope noa2 with be quick in coming.

Does anyone have any idea how long it takes to process these rfe's?

Its over 6 months and counting now and we would really like to get this process overwith!

Thanks.

Apparently it depends on the adjudicator... It has been said that some adjudicators will work on RFE's right away (get the case load off there desk), while others will work these cases once weekly or on some other type of schedule. Also, being "prime" vacation time, you are at the mercy of the original adjudicators summer work schedule, as the same adjudicator that issued the RFE will be the one to "clear" the case.

YMMV
