u dont count the marriage anniversay date, i am not sure but i can tell u one thing that anniversary date has nothing to do with ur papers.

u count the date u came to usa and wait two years or before 90 days of two years then file for it,

good luck

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Your wedding anniversary does have an impact on the initial entry. If you would have had your second anniversary before your interview you would have gotten an IR1 instead of CR1 and you wouldn't have had to remove conditions.

If you enter the country on or after the 2nd year marriage anniversary, you can point that out (have the Marriage certificate with you) to the officer and POE and they might upgrade you to IR-1 category.

Since you are coming in 120 days before, you'll have to lift the conditions.

Yes. If you enter before the 2nd anniversary of your marriage you will remove conditions.
