My lawyer told me a while ago in some cases he received the RFE and in others his client did, there may be no rhyme or reason to it. In any case, he told me if and when he gets it, he will send it to me.

we have a lawyer but RFE was sent to me and our lawyer wasn't even aware about the RFE forms being sent out #######!

wow...that is crazy...i would have been a little concerned about that...

ok so i cheked the USCIS and my RFE was "sent" today...my question is...anyone who has hired a lawyer and gotten the RFE...was it sent to you OR to your lawyer just so i know what to expect..

My lawyer got two copies and they also sent me one. Overkill if you ask me!

i guess they wanted to be extra sure you got your rfe...maybe they had a guilty conscience :whistle::lol:
