Hello everyone, so we are just about ready to send in our I-130, and I just wanted to be sure it seems as though I have everything. This is my cover letter. Can someone please tell me if this looks ready to send it? Or if im missing something? Thank you so much.

Enclosed please find my Form I-130, Petition for Alien Spouse for Amy *** and supporting documents. Contents include:

1. Check in the amount of $355.00 for processing fee

2. Form I -130 : Petition for Alien Relative (Wife)

3. G-325A Biographic Information for Petitioner (4 pages)

4. Copy of all pages of Petitioner’s (U.S. Spouse's) U.S. Passport.

5. Copy of Petitioner’s Birth Certificate

6. (2) color passport photos of Petitioner

7. Copy of Marriage Certificate

8. G-325A Biographic Information for Beneficiary (4 pages)

9. Attachment 1: “Form G325A, Q: Employment Last Five Years”

10. Copy of all pages of Beneficiary’s Canadian Passport

11. Copy of Beneficiary's Birth Certificate.

12. (2) color passport photos of Beneficiary

13. Copy of son’s birth certificate as evidence of bona fide marriage

14. (3) pictures as evidence of bona fide marriage

15. Affidavit from **** affirming knowledge of a bona fide marriage.

thats ok and try to include some emails,chat logs,phone calls as a proof also.a letter of adding your spouse to life retirement plan will be fine too
