Sorry for being a poo stirrer... I am fed up with the picking and taking a stand. I can't seem to help myself.

i didn't mean you jw... it seems that the ME forum has become the doormat for the rest of the Visa Journey forum... and i just don't think that is fair... nor nice...

It was a "lenon-esque" response... I thought you might understand it. It meant simply, you don't understand her point because you are doing exactly what it is that makes her ( and may others ) weary. Smile dear... Relax.

i think you ladies need to laugh a little and not take things so seriously ... *whispers* i understood her point loud & clear, i just chose not to indulge in it :thumbs:

Just to play devil's advocate here, I don't think that the entire Visa Journey membership comes to this forum to create trouble. I realize that it may seem that way, but I haven't even -tried- to start trouble here. (yet? :P )

You can only laugh it off for so long - eventually it gets under your skin. Most of us "try to laugh it off" all day in our relationships - is it wrong to want a change from that?

May 11 '09 - Case Approved 10 yr card in the mail

June - 10 yr card recieved

Feb. 19, 2010 - N-400 Application sent to Phoenix Lockbox

April 3, 2010 - Biometrics

May 17,2010 - Citizenship Test - Minneapolis, MN

July 16, 2010- Retest (writing portion)

October 13, 2010 - Oath Ceremony

Journey Complete!

you are right cerise... i should have said that ME has become the doormat for MOST of the Visa Journey forum... there are good people here on vj... in all forums... it just seems that there is a very select few who continue to "stress their point" to others... and it just gets my blood to boiling...

Laugh? I don't think these assaults are funny. And I don't expect you to get that either, I suppose.

To sum it up.

ME/NA member says ,"I sympathize with the plight of the Palestinians.", other VJ member response, "You are a child-killing suicide bomber"

ME/NA member says,"I support my fellow ME/NA friend", other VJ member response, "Here's a cartoon of Mohammed that I will post in the middle of your thread just to offend you."

ME/NA member says, "It's such a bummer having to wait through these security checks, although I understand why we have to do it.", other VJ member says, "Don't you remember 911?????"

These things are not to be taken lightly.

June 11 05-Married George, civil ceremony in New York

May 30 08-Baby Joshua was born

Jan 15-Back to NY we go...

May 10-made decision not to go back overseas.

July 10-filed for divorce

Jan 11-Divorce final

July 11-1st trip to take Josh to see George

Mar 12-2nd trip to take Josh to see George

of course it's not wrong ... not at all, you're human. you just need to ask yourself if it's really realistic. i would pour my energy into being the happiest person i could be regardless of what anyone anywhere thinks.

So you would be another who feels they must wander in and advise "us ladies" of how we should feel, think and act? You had nothing to add here that was in any way positive. It was just another jab. You can sit and smugly say in your "I'm obviously more enlightened then you are" way that there is no need to take it personally as YOU surely don't. I "personally" at this point am so fed up with "advice" and "smugness" that I am enjoying indulging... *whispers* thank you for entertaining me. :thumbs: *claps* Got any more?
