Why is the embassy thread locked?

as for the locked thread. i believe one of the mods or Capt Ewok may have lock it. though we can definitely add your relevant info on the thread. let me open up for you (if i can) so you can add the PDF and hopefully we can find more new updates from the USEM that will help us in the visa process...
