ya;'ll have a blessed weekend, will miss you all...going to pick up my son's birthday cake, it's a Jamaican Flag, if you ask my son where he was born he says, Trelawny, Jamaica! which much pride...whenever he gets money for his birthday, he ask me what I want him to buy. So, I tell him buy what you want and he says, no I have to buy something for my mommy. I pray he never changes.

Gosh, didn't know I could love someone so much, my son is my sunshine!

That is sooo sweet!

Hi everyone. Hearing about that 600+ lb man who lost 400+ lbs and seeing Shrewdgal's posts about the two people with heart attacks definitely motivated me today! I spent 40 min in the gym watching this movie on my iPod: The Other End of the Line. It's about an Indian woman working in a call center (where they pretend to be Americans in US cities) who likes one of her clients and up & flies to San Francisco to visit.

I'm mad that they acted like a person can just spontaneously hop on a plane and visit the USA. I'm 99% sure she needed a visa to visit from India.

Oh. I'll pass on to Tia your well-wishes. Thanks.

Just some information: When waiting for your ten year green card you can still go to Jamaica. Just take the letter saying that the 2 year card has been extended. We waisted our time and went to Chicago to find this out. Because no one would answer the phone at immigration and it was all voice automated so all we could do was schedule a time for our question. Can't wait for immigration process to be over. :bonk:

Sorry you had to waste time going to Chicago. The letter states use it as an extension. We got a stamp last summer because we never received our original letter and it took forever to get a duplicate. Customs and Immigration didn't even look at the letter only the stamp. Hopefully you will get the 10 year card soon.

Are you talking about 600 pounds Virgin show? He lost a bunch of weight now looking for love?

I was getting so frustrated because I am not losing weight fast enough. Now I just take it one day at a time...make better food selections and exercsise everyday. I'm more worried about being fat, mean and ugly
