Just wanna ask what type of vaccines Saint Luke's will give. Will it be included in the $200+ fee or extra? Will it be paid in the clinic or in a certain bank? Do i have to make an appointment or can I just go there anytime? Thanks to whoever replies to this.

USCIS/NVC STAGE
May 8,2009-- I-130 Sent
August 17,2009-- I-130 Approved
August 26, 2009--case received at NVC
November 5,2009--CASE COMPLETED
USEM MANILA STAGE/ U.S. SOIL
November 17-18,2009--Medical PASSED
December 10, 2009--Interview @ 8:30AM A-P-P-R-O-V-E-D
January 25, 2010--FLIGHT(Manila-Japan-Detroit,MI-Buffalo,NY)
February 22,2010-- 2-yr GREEN CARD received
February 26, 2010--SSN received
REMOVING of CONDITIONS
December 22, 2011-- I-751 mailed
February 28, 2012-- Biometrics done
October 10, 2012-- 10-yr GREEN CARD received
NATURALIZATION
January 09, 2013-- sent N-400
January 28, 2013-- Biometrics

May 22, 2013-- Interview Passed- Officially a US Citizen!

vaccines are Tdap mmr varicella and if you are 26 or under you will have the HPV vaccine too. Yes it is included when you pay the 200+ and you will pay it at US SLMEC the day you will have your med exam. It is a walk in, first come first serve.

at my age i got 4 vaccines b4.yes u can go there anytime no need to make an appointment letter its first come first serve.i pay b4 10,480 in pesos i dont know how much in dollar it its.and u will pay it in st luke's.good luck

How about the stools and urine? are they going to be checked? do i have to bring it with me when i go there or will i have to do "it" there?

When you go to SLMCEC for medical examination, you must bring your passport and one photo (size: 2” x 2”).

Also, bring your appointment letter or NOA#2.

The medical examination fee is US$213.35 for adults (15 years of age or older) and US$185.35 for children (14 years of age or younger). Repeat X-rays will cost US$7 each. Fees must be paid only in Philippine pesos at the prevailing exchange rate.

no dont take anything with u as a sample

just take the interview letter , 10300 pesos and 2 passport phots and ur passport

walk in and good advice to go after noon bcz it is not that busy in the afternoon

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg
