How can you marry in Egypt?

I have a friend who is a USC & is engaged to a man from Egypt. She is going to visit him in a month & a half. During her stay there, they plan to marry. What are the steps you need to take as a USC to marry in Egypt? (By the way, she is divorced & has children.) I would REALLY appreciate any help I can get because I'm ONLY familiar with the steps taken for a K-1 Visa.

K1 visa is for a single couple.
