I was just wondering if I am the ONLY PERSON ON THIS PLANET that is having problems entering their receipt number on the UNCIS website in their portfolio????? I have been trying to enter this number since May 18th, and this is the message I get every time:

Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

Customer Portfolio Insert Failed

Attempting to add a case that does not exist. Check the app receipt number.

The number is correct, I have verified it with them numerous times, and uscis has no idea WHY this is doing it, and again I a called to day, and again they sent an email to a higher person to supposedly resolve this! I am just wondering if anyone out there has this issue too :help: ! Im getting soo grr over this!

You're not alone - for some reason some folks can enter/track their case almost right away while others wait as you are... It will show up - good news is, there isn't a lot of 'status' to see during the first months so you're not really missing anything...

I was able to view my I-130 receipt number information, but I was not able to view anything on my I-129F for many months until it got approved. You're not alone. Many people are not able to view it.
