Our case complete came two weeks after they had received everything (1 day after the sign in error). Two days after that the interview was assigned and four days after that it was sent to the embassy.

Thanks for the replies

I hope our case also completes soon..do they update on AVR also when case gets completed?

They do update it but sometimes it can take a day or two for it to update. A better way to find out is to try and log in to the payment page. When you get an error message it means your case is almost complete. Then call NVC and ask if it's completed yet. Should be a day or two.

Hi everyone..

today our login to NVC website failed and it said ...

Sign In Failed

Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you believe that you have received this message in error.

Does that mean our case is about to complete ??

Any idea which interview date will we get for delhi embassy if our case completes in middle july.

Thanks a lot

Hi

thanks for this post.

We sent doc on Jun 27.

AVR says they received it on July 2nd so 11 days now.

fee page still lets me sign in.

If an RFE would the AVR tell me?

I am afraid I forgot last page of Part II of DS320 (nerves...)

and also forgot to give photocopies of the documents (only the original docs were sent)

should I ask for the operator or just wait?

The AVR would update for an RFE, but probably not until a day or so later. You could call and ask the operator if you're really concerned but I'd wait a few more days. Seems like it's taking them 2 weeks to actually look at the file after they've received it so it's likely the operator won't have any news for you yet.
