I think amandas expires in Dec sometime.

Well I go the card prodcution email let us see how long it takes. Adn the text came at 6:45am this morning

Here;s hopeing for Treble and Krikit to be next.

Just received a letter today that hubby was approved on 11/19. :dance: No email or online status update changes. This seems very speedy for VSC so I am surprised, but pleased! :)

Quick Q - which I know has been asked probably - We have loads of evidence...but we only have 1 affidavit. It just so happens the hubster's mum has been in the hospital for the last bit and we were planning on her and her husband as the 2nd affidavit.

Anyhoo - should I be concerned do ya think? Otherwise everything is in order.

I just send my pakage on the 24th they recievd it on the 25th

i dont think its going to be a problem not having an affidavit as long as you have enough other effidence ,

(wich i know you have since you just bought a house like us , I also send alot of junk mail that came with both our names ,like welcome to the neighbourhood and stuff )

now the wait beginns

FYI I sent no affidavits at all, just a TON of proof. We have been approved and card prodcution ordered.

I will send the basis same stuff to ROC the 2 boys. Just add a few updated bills and the boys bank statments and letters from school.

I wouldn't worry about it, Udella. I never sent in any affidavits either. Mind you, I haven't been approved yet. :hehe:

Ok I'm the new guy in the removing conditions game.........how come I can't find a good guide for this? I just want an overview of the process from once you have your green to actually becoming a citizen....anybody?anybody?

We got our 2nd affidavit too - went to visit the inlaws yesterday and got the letter (yep - I'm a paranoid mess again).....anyhoo

Guess I'll hurry-up and wait............

There's not much more of an overview to be had from green card to citizenship. You get the conditional GC (if you were married less than 2 years when it was issued), remove conditions, and then you can apply for citizenship as soon as you're eligible.
