I'm filing the 10, just to make sure I don't get one of those "ohai you filed too early" thingies....

So, Amanda..... the current status is that my husband has put in a request for a copy of his benefits information to his HR department. BUT.... because he works for the federal government all his records are kept in a central office IN ANOTHER STATE so it may come today and it may not. I am not very happy with this situation but I really can't blame the guy..... he's been completely swamped at work so he hasn't really had an opportunity to address this until now. Anyway..... I'm so sorry for making you wait. Well, I didn't really MAKE you wait but you know what I mean. LOL. Go ahead and send your package. I'll catch up with you later.

The one thing I am sure WE will have a problem with is the listing of Children in Part 5. I put all kids, I have 2 conditional resident children, (1 USc and 1 still in colombia )however they can't lift conditions until 1/2010. So I will keep everyone updated to see what the USCIS ( bright people NOT ) say about this.
