Guys please help me..I need some individuals who had the experience for the whole process.

I had a problem with my middle name in my Birth Certificate, but I already filed for correction which was approved last month. The problem is, My middle name with my current Passport is still unchange, my wife will file I-130 later this coming month just incase they ask for my passport, can I just send the copy of my current Passport along wih some supporting documents?

Please, please..help me!! :wacko::wacko::blink::blink:

Dec 15,2009 - Assigned interview date on January 24,2010!!

Jan. 24, 2010 - Interview!! Approved

Jan. 28, 2010 - VISA received

Mar. 03,2010 - POE, New York (JFK)

Apr. 12,2010- CA ID

May 20,2010- CA Driving License

May, 25,2010-Wife told me that she is pregnant ^_^

Jan.25,2011- Our daughter was born

You won't need your passport when sending I-130 petition...only your NSO birth certificate, so make sure it is with your correct middle name. You will be needing your passport when you get to the NVC point. The petition will take 2 months or more to be approved so you still have plenty of time to make some corrections on your passport. Relax! ;)

if you are the beneficiary. you don't need the passport yet.

you will however need to change it asap for submission to NVC.
