Vaccine & Medical Exam

Hi everyone,

We're getting our vaccine done tomorrow June 29th and heard from people that we have to have 2 vaccines. How long between each one do we have to wait? Do you think my wife can make it through vaccine and make it to her medical exam on the 16th of July?

Your wife has plenty of time before her interview. My wife completed her vaccines in 4 hours. Good luck.

she just told me that she need to have three vaccines and the other two will be in the U.S. She never had her vaccine shot before so i guess that's why. Med. exam is on July 16th.

everyone is different. That's why they go and talk to the immunization people first. Whatever they need based on history, age, gender, etc, they will give. Hien got only 1 shot for tetanus/diptheria. But she needs to have it 2 more times in the US (2 months between each shot).

Yeap, my wife only had 2 shots, and she will needs another one in US. Since she is here in US, I will take her to the doctor to get another one soon. Good luck.

does my wife need package 4 from the consulate for medical exam or the letter from nvc state the interview date would be fine? Please let me know. thanks

My wife just had the interview letter from NVC and passport to get shots and medical exam. She did it all in the same day. The VN. lawyer we hired for interview stage set up appointments and then took my wife for them, very easy. We chose to have her medical exam at international hospital based on some comments from VJ members and she was very satisfied with her experience there. Good Luck to you guys!!

You should have one.. you already know the interview date right? Thats usually in P4, but P4 is from HCMC when doing a K1/K3 I'm not sure if you get one doing CR1

I never recieved any package 4. An email from NVC is good enough for your wife interview.
