DS-230 mistakes/questions.

A question about the DS-230. According to the most recent revision of the DS-230, question 31a asks for the 'Person(s) named in 14 and 19 who will accompany you to the United States now.'. I assume this is an error because in the previous revision of the document question 14 and 19 related to the spouse and children. But in the new revision it asks in those two questions for spouse and fathers name.. I assume I am right and the mistake was made when creating the form?

Also, so every child of my fiance needs their own DS-230 filled out for them?

I think maybe you've misread it. 31a asks for the persons named in 14 and 29 accompanying you, so the spouse and children.

Weird. Mine says '31a. Person(s) named in 14 and 19 who will accompany you to the United States now.'.. I figured mine was wrong, but I appreciate the feedback. I am using the revision released in May.

Any idea on the DS-230 for the children?

I would check the website again and use the version they've got up there now. Not sure when they updated it but they must have caught the mistake!

We didn't have any children so I'm not positive but the form does say, "Complete one copy of this form for yourself and each member of your family, regardless of age, who will immigrate with you," so I think yes, you should prepare one for each child. Maybe someone else will have some better ideas. Sorry!
