Who is filling up DS-3032?

As the benificiary, do I also need to fill up DS-3032, as my prefered mailing address in Saudi Arabia?

I am working at the Airport, and in Saudi Arabia they are all using P.O Boxes, I'm afraid about this PO BOxes that my paper might get lost.

Can I just write the Airport name, airline Company name, and Room number where I am working, instead of PO BOX?

You are the benificiary right? As what most people here do with their DS-3032 is that they assigned their petitioner (husband in the US) to be their Choice of Agent. If you do this way, then you will have to write your husband's name as the choice of agent and HIS address to where all the notices from NVC will be sent. Then you don't have to worry about the documents getting lost.

And once you have your case number you can call NVC and give them the email addresses of the petitioner and the beneficiary. They'll then email everything to you. I didn't receive a single piece of paper from them in the mail. Much safer if you're unsure of the mail system.
