Hello everyone,

I'm getting all my documents and evidence ready for the interview and I was wondering if I should make copies of all the paperwork I'm taking to the interview (Bank statements, affidavit of support, evidence, etc)

What do you think?

For those who have already had the interview, has the immigration officer kept any of your paperwork or evidence? or do they give it all back to you at the end of the interview?

based on my own experience.. they return it to me after the interview.. (F) >> since initially i got the famous white slip some requested documents like the sworn statement where ill be living with ( cosponsor -my father( .. sworn letter from my cosponsor which is my father that he will co-finance us, certificate of employment notarized.. etc. thats all that they kept

They give you back all the originals except police clearances. I don't recall right now if they gave us back our photocopies. Did you send photocopies alon with the originals to the NVC? And did you make a second set of photocopies for yourselves (in case something got lost)? If you did all this, you don't need to bring any more copies to the embassy. As I said, we got all our originals back save for the PCC. But the policy may differ for each USEM, so try checking out revivews of your embassy. Good luck!
