What is the link to your jewellery site sapphire?

There's nothing on it right now. I'll for sure post when it's updated!

I just thought of another one - give myself manis and pedis! Kills time and is much cheaper.

P.S. This is Sapphire, this is my busband's account. Haha

I went to California for 5.75 months last year, and I worked on the house, stripped walls of textured paint and TSP'ed the walls that still had enamel paint and base coatd and re-painted the whole house. So perhaps there is something you can do at your place you are in now. Wall washing isn't fun but it is good exercise.

I quilt too. It doesn't have to be expensive - hopefully you have a sewing machine or access to a machine. Patterns and instructions are all over the net and they make for the nicest gifts.

Have you got your wedding favours all figured out?

I went and played bridge at a local club a couple of times a week. Is there all year schooling where you are, perhaps you could go volunteer in a classroom or a pre-school setting? Do a transit hike to explore your new city.

Good luck,

Janet

Thanks for the suggestions guys!

I'd just like to clarify a little. I'm not unhappy! Infact I'm quite happy down here with my fiance and his family. I just get very bored very easily and feel like i'm lacking a little direction!

The big problem is that I live with my fiance's family. I don't mind it, its nice having a family around, but I don't quite know my boundaries yet, make sense? I don't want to go outside and start messing with his moms garden... and I don't want to start rearanging furniture in their house, or paint things and make people upset! So those kind of tasks, like decorating isnt really in the cards for me. It will be nice when we get our own place to I can spend some time jazzing it up. I find that kind of stuff fun!

I'd love to join the library, maybe i'll do that this week. Unfortunately its a little ways from home and public transportation in suberbia isn't the best. It would be hard if I wanted to volunteer too, just getting back and forth. Maybe thats something to work on after the wedding while i'm in limbo. As far as school goes, I love learning but after 16 years of education its time for a break!

Charles- your posts made me laugh!
