I came here with K1 VISA, got the divorce before the green card proccess finishs. I am not even worried about the green card, but I am dating another american citizen and we have plans to marry next year.

Does anybody know if it is an issue to marry again since I came here to marry another person?

What the immigration can request as proof that I am not interested just marry to get the residence status?

We really love each other and we would like to get some advice. Would I need a immigration attorney to hold my next green card proccess? :unsure:

A consultation with an immigration attorney, maybe a few immigration attornies, would be a good idea. And if I were in the situation that you describe I would likely retain one of them.

Married and divorced before the Green Card? Wow! So you are here in the Conditional period prior to receiving an Adjustment of Status. Your next step would have been your I-485. You may have a problem. I'd suggest that you get an Immigration Lawyer. I'm not judging, but it sure sounds suspicious and you can bet USCIS will be suspicious.

April 20, 2007 - Received SS card

June 4, 2007 - Mailed AOS

June 6, 2007 - USCIS received

June 11, 2007 - NOA1 for I-485

July 18, 2007 - Biometrics completed

July 20, 2007 - Case transferred from MSC to CSC

July 31, 2007 - AOS Approved - 57 days - Without an Interview!

Aug 06, 2007 - Received Green Card in the mail today!

Jan 8, 2009 @ 8:18PM - Our son was born tonight !!

I-751 - Remove Conditions

July 11, 2009 - Certified Mail to VSC I-751 Package

Under the K1 Visa, you can ONLY marry the USC who petitioned for your K1.

Yodrak has given you the best advice.... I wouldn't waste any time following it.

You can still remove the conditions on your permanent residence based on marriage as long as you entered into a marriage in good faith, but the marriage was ended through divorce or annulment. If you are no longer married to your spouse, or if you have been battered or abused by your spouse, you can apply to waive the joint filing requirement. In such cases, you may apply to remove the conditions on your permanent residence any time after you become a conditional resident, but before you are removed from the country.

He isn't trying to remove conditions of permanent residence...he doesn't even have conditional permanent residence yet.
