Good morning! Hope everyone had a great weekend. As part of my birthday gift from last month, Gene got me two tickets to see TSO (Trans-Siberian Orchestra). Don't know if anyone has ever seen them, but WOW, just WOW. Sensory overload though. Glad I got to see them, but don't know that I'd go again. Enjoyed a dinner out afterwards though! Overall, a wonderful night!

Enjoy your day.

Thanks for the coffee Carla, what a pretty cup!

Poor kid in that link Wyatt!

Is there anyone here who hasn't done that? Not gotten stuck - but tried it!?

I started reading that thread in the introductions forum on friday. I thought it odd that it was long, so I gave it a brief perusal on friday. I come back today and read the rest of it. All I can say is wow. The OP has paper thin skin, and seemed borderline hysterical for the last 4 pages. She is like those posters who will post a thread, and as soon as they get a response that isn't all unicorns and rainbows will start a new thread. People like that aren't looking for advice, they are looking for validation.

I seriously hope my landlord came over and fixed my shower today. The hose from the tap to the shower head sprang many leaks and starter squirting everywhere on Saturday.

Although, he'll probably try and tell me it's my fault, like the time the toilet had a crack at the back of the tank and he told me it was cause I "sat on the toilet too hard".

Sat on the toilet seat too hard eh?

Hello friends!!! I finally have some time to be lazy and ignore my wifely chores. HAH I feel domesticated.

Today is an awesome day. Went to Ace Hardware and found out that their GE energy "saving" bulb that retails for 4 dollars is 99 cents each! Bought a couple for the house!

Finally got the epic painting finished... still have to deal with the corners of the living room. And yes, we have furniture now. I spent a few hours building my massive dresser yesterday... and I still have all my fingers -- woohoo! After weeks of endless work, I have finally debachelorized the house... and now it looks like a cozy, trendy home! :)

Finally married... and still married... ;)

SO... I was at the Superstore today getting my SS santa present for work (we actually buy each other toys and then donate them to kids who don't have money or whatever) and I went to the soup aisle to get myself something for lunch .

I found this cup-a-soup thing from the Caribbian and it was, ahem, ####### flavoured.

I laughed out loud. So, I bought two, one for me and one for my boss. We've been laughing about it all day.

just awesome!
