Hello, ok, everything is put together but now i'm having second thoughts about my electronic ticket and receipt of ticket purchase because both things are in spanish, i highlighted my name, date and ticket number in them, but i'm still unsure if we should mail those two things or not. As a complement we have boarding passes and of course passport stamps and pictures plus bank transactions and hotel receipts, so, do u think it's ok to send those things spanish? also, we're not mailing the engagement ring receipt, would that be a prob as well?

I always feel i ask dumb questions, i cant believe a visa thing makes me feel that way lol

All you have to do is prove that you've met in person within the last two years. What you have adds to that proof (assume you have pictures and other items???)

There is absolutely no need for an engagement ring receipt. I don't even have an engagement ring. Don't want one....

Anything you submit as evidence must be translated...if it isn't, I would not send it especially if you have other primary and/or secondary evidence already in English.

Don't worry about the engagement ring receipt.

If you wish to include them, also include a translation. This does not have to be done by a certified translator, only certified by someone that is conversant in the foreign as well as english language to be able to certify that the translation is complete and accurate.

As per the I-129F instructions the submission of an egagement ring receipt is something that you 'MAY' submit. If you have one, why would you not wish to include it? Use all that you have to create the image in the minds eye of the adjudicator that you have met within the required two year period that established the relationship.

As long as you show you met in the last 2 years that is all they need at this point. A translation wouldn't hurt though.
