New Job

Just started my new job on Monday (July 3rd). I also received my NOA1 on Monday. I submited my package to TSC but received my NOA1 from CSC. I have two questions.

1. What is the best way to notify these clowns that I have changed jobs? Is there a form that I need to fill out?

2. Do I notify TSC or CSC?

Why are you worried about that now? You've filed the K-1 right? And your G325A shows your old job right?

When you file the I-134 at the interview, you can explain the job change then.

rebeccajo is right. I wasn't working when we applied (I'd just gotten back from six months with him) and I never informed them when I got one 3 weeks later and we're at the interview stage and I've never bothered informing anyone. My job is reflected in my I-134 and that's all they care about.

When your fiance goes in for the interview you will be asked for a support afidavit. Just list your new job there and it will be fine.

Thanks guys! I just thought that since I had to list my old job on the I-325 that the pay stubs that I have to present later on in the process would have to match.
