We're in big trouble, Wyatt... or I am anyway...

:(

I'm going to blame you and your wife for this, okay? You cans might be able to get away with it, but I cannot!

:)

####### YEAH! I know, they have ALL the flavours of Ben&Jerry's and not only that but instead of being 7$ a pint like they are here, they're something like 3$ on sale adn they go on sale a lot. I eat a significant amount of ice cream when i'm in the U.S.

Exactly!!! It's SO much cheaper! I mean, at least when I buy ice cream up here, it's like an investment. Or at least a dividend. It makes me feel like I'm buying stock in Ben & Jerry's.

But when I'm in the States? Nope, that's just pure, unadulterated snackage.

My husband's been looking for someone to blame for the weight gain since his arrival, so can he blame you too Wyatt? I'm sure it has nothing to do with the ice cream he's been buying in bulk at Sam's Club.

Made this recipe into meatloaf - Thanksgiving Turkey burgers. I read one of the review comments where the woman said she'd made it into meatloaf instead so I figured I'd give it a try.

Very yummy, kids would like this for sure

http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Thanksgiving-...ers/Detail.aspx

Here's what I adjusted (in bold):

Ingredients

1/4 cup butter

1 onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup finely chopped celery

2 pounds ground turkey breast

1 (6 ounce) package chicken-flavored dry bread stuffing mix

2 eggs

Enough milk to mix the mealoaf and make it a little sloppy

1 tsp ground sage

1 tsp poultry seasoning

1/2 tsp ground pepper

Makes 2 meatloaves.....350 degrees for 1 hr

I served it with cranberry sauce and a side salad. Frozen Coconut Cream pie for dessert (the highschool had a yummy fundraiser recently selling pies!)

That sounds delish! I'm going to make it, maybe Thursday. I had a recipe once, I'm sure I posted it here, for Italian meatloaf, and it too called for 1 package of chicken flavoured dry bread stuffing mix in it. I was very doubtful that it would taste good, but it was very delicious! It was a keeper recipe and I think it was because of the mix. It was for ground beef, so I think that's why I was skeptical, the beef...but the chicken stuffing....

We had chili last night, actually I just poured mine on some salad - I just like chili and salad!

We had black forest cake for dessert - what is odd is that my Husband brought it home from the store and honestly I had forgotten all about black forest cake - I really like it - but it slipped my mind :hehe:
