This sounds delicious to me. I had Mexican food. I ate way too much...

Last night we had shredded beef smothered in homemade bbq sauce and sweet onions, scalloped potatoes, and corn.

NOA #2: Approval June 25th, 2009 - 92 days

NVC

July 8, 2009 to August 10, 2009 - 28 days

Interview Assigned - December 3, 2009 - FINALLY!!

Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

I made pork chops two nights in a row! The first night we had them grilled on the BBQ, the second night I had them baked with some ranch dressing and onions. Last night I made an eye of round roast. It was absolutely delicious! I tried it this way that I haven't before, where you put it in a 500 degree oven (that's been left on for 45 min. before putting the roast in...) for 15 minutes, then turn the oven off. You leave it in the oven for 2.5 hours, without opening the door. It's a lovely medium rare...well, more rare than medium, just the way we like it. Wow, very tender! So, leftovers tonight I guess!

Interesting, Carla. How big was the roast?

I think we're having chicken teriyaki this evening. I made the teriyaki sauce last night so I will marinate the chicken in it later on today. It only needs to marinate for 2-4 hours. When I woke up we were having soup and salad so things may change. lol

I think we're having chicken teriyaki this evening. I made the teriyaki sauce last night so I will marinate the chicken in it later on today. It only needs to marinate for 2-4 hours. When I woke up we were having soup and salad so things may change. lol

I'm just making some pumpkin bread, once that is done I am going to make pizza dough - I cannot find the original 'krikit pizza dough' recipe - so I am using the last one you posted.

It better be good <_<

Last night we had grilled chicken, grilled potatoes and grilled asparagus. YAY for having a grill

Tonight I'm making Brown sugar and mustard glazed ham with carrots, spinach risotto and corn bread! YUMM!

I think we're going to do pancakes and hashbrowns tonight. Hooray for both of us loving breakfast food for dinner! :thumbs:

We're going to do sushi one of these nights too, if we can figure out how to justify the expense... One thing I'm going to miss about where I currently live is the kick-#### cheap sushi place a few blocks away. It doesn't look like there are any relatively inexpensive sushi joints in the DC area. Boo.

Husband is home with Ethan today since Ethan pretty much has the entire week off.... thanks to the NJ teachers convention.
