Charles...what is the I-94 & cbp?? We had a third party agent do all the paperwork so I am not familiar with the numbers.

Amanda, I think the I-94 is what the flight attendants give to visa holders. I believe it's to document arrival into the country. At least that's what I THINK it is. I saw them giving it out, when I was headed back from Egypt in April. I don't know what a cbp is....sorry.

I am late to jump in on the Monday thing, I am still looking for more coffee. I cant wake up today. It is a HOT day here in NC, when I leave the house this morning before 8am it was almost 80, they say it is only going to be about 90 today, but the humitiy is horrible. Anyway, hope you all are having a good day. :)

Yes, you are correct. The i94 is stamped and is his proof of legal entry. Never throw this away. It is normally stapled inside of the passport and is about postcard size. He will fill a portion of it and CBP--Customs and Border Patrol will stamp it. He will need this if he has to adjust status. Also, make sure that your husband knows your address and phone number in case they ask where he will be staying.

Jeanne...wonderful news for Wael...I don't like cig smoke...actually especially since being pregnant I can not tolerate the stink...and everyone who smokes I can smell them coming they have a certain odor on their clothing (sorry not trying to insult anyone who smokes but i can smell ya! :whistle: ). It's horrilbe having a sensative nose :(

Olivia...I'm still laughing about the baby...poor Nour is a little tinker. :rofl: Zain is quite the opposite.

Amanda when my husabnd came I was so worried about how he was going to call and he just asked someone if he could use their cell phone to call me and that is what he did. I remember being a nervous wreak 2 years and a day ago when he arrived but it all went great. Super excited for you.
