Hey everyone My husband and I went to our interview on Tuesday. Our interview was scheduled for 7:30 AM so we got there at 6:30AM what were we thinking. well we went to through the security checkpoint and joined the long line of people. we got our number it was A118, A man named Kevin cracked some jokes and gave some directions. Shortly after they started calling numbers 106, 137................................ almost everyone in the room went and then it was just me and my hubby. we sat their and talked and played with each other some PDA but not much. Finally A118 was called by a lady at the end window next to the wall, she asked for the little paperwork they had given us and my husband's Medical and if he had ever been to the U.S before and then asked us to take a seat and wait for our number to be called. About 10 min later a young white lady she is American called out number. She asked me who I was and asked for my ID. She then had us swear in and then asked me to sit, asked my husband to pick up the phone and interviewed him. She then called me and interview me. She asked him where I lived, what I did for a living, do I have any kids, how long have I been in the states and when I would be leaving Jamaica and I almost forgot, she asked how we meet each other. She asked me Do I have kids, Does he have kids and what the Childs name was and do I plan on filing for her, How did we meet and what I did for a living. She then told me to have my baby join me and then said.... YOUR VISA IS APPROVED. I started crying and kissing my husband. paid for DHL to deliver it to Kingston so we can travel to pick it up..... I am soo happy now what is best Air Jamaica or American. I can come home to my best friend every day and he and I can talk side y side every night.
