Hello !

I filed for my husbands visa in 2008, and was wondering if I follow the guild lines for 2008 or for 2009. And if so, what were the guild lines for 2008. Also, can a person include back child support , that they are receiving.

If you are asking about the income guidelines, you would need to meet the 2009 guidelines.

Child support that you are receiving can be used in the income calculation.
