If I'm visiting my Fiance in the U.S and my medical and interview date comes is there a way I can do it through the embassy out there or do I have to return to the UK for it?

Do you mean do it in the UK embassy in the US?

No - you would need to go where your file is at currently. (UK)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

i wasn't very clear i apologize - this whole thing is so confusing to me!

i'm in the UK right now and my Fiance has filed over in the states.... we are visiting back and forth for the time being but it sucks. i thought about what would happen if i went out there for 90 days again on the waiver (which is what i've done before - it's been 6 months since my last visit to the states, he actually just went back home today after a weeks visit) and my dates for medical and interview came through.... i guess i would just have to come back to the uk for it.....

Medicals/Interviews are usually done in your home country (UK).

and there is no ability to do a visa medical or visa interview from inside the USA, as visas are only issued in consulates, which are only located in foreign countries.

YMMV
