NVC already completed our case and it has been forwarded to the embassy in Bogota (5/27/09). We were already assigned the interview date but we haven't received any packages from the embassy. Are we supposed to receive a package from the embassy? If so, when?

And how do I find out what vaccines I need? Our interview is July 6

Yes you should be getting a package, basically interview letter and details about the medical. I am not sure much about the medical as different countries have different rules, but consulate website must have listed approved physicians. Here is the list for fees.

If the beneficiary can go to the consulate and get interview letter that would be good, or else you can also print out the NVC interview letter and can go do the medical. Medical is your responsibility, you will have to find the approved physicians and labs and book an interview with them.

I would suggest you ask the same question at Latin American forum, you might get much detailed answers.

depends on what u r talking abt

i see u have a CR-1 visa

so if u talk abt the CR-1 visa ..NVC should send u the Interview letter notthe Embassy

if u talk abt the K3 ..the Embassy should send u the required documents sure ...

if not so its better to call them

and as im pretty sure u know ..and most know the CR-1 is the best now as u have both approved already ..so just leave the k3 alone even if they send u the documents simply dont reply it ...

and go a head with the CR-1

so i believe now nothing to worry abt :)

Good Luck

Yes you show CR-1 you should be receiving this from the NVC, however check out this link Bogota Embassy as you can get the list of the 2 doctors you have to go to in Bogota. Also ask your questions here they are very good about answering.

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?
