can my wife come to India after filing I-130 ???

Dear Members,

my wife has filed I 130 for me in May 09 and got the NOA1 as well. I am INDIAN RESIDENT in UK on student visa currently and we are planning to visit india as its long time we seen our family.

can anyone help me that SHE CAN COME TO INDIA DURING PROCESS OF I-130 AND IF YES, DOES SHE NEED TO CHANGE HER ADDRESS TO CURRENT ONE I.E. WE RESIDE IN INDIA ONES????

OR IS THERE ANY OTHER FORMALITIES TO COMPLETE??????

if she is coming to visit india with you so no need to change address,thats good for your interview that u met again after marriage.

sure she can come to india

Yeah niik you and ur wife can visit India and it will the strong proof for ur interview that u both were in different country but still met each other in India.. so do not miss this opportunity.. and Save urs and ur wife's tickets to India for the interview. if she gonna stay in India for a long time then she should ask her parents to handle ur case in US. They can send uscis whatever then need but if its short stay then it won't be any problem at all for u. Good luck friend Enjoy trip to India and have fun.. :):thumbs:

entered in US- 12/14/2009

POE- New york

welcome received- 02/01/2010

green card received- 02/08/2010

removal of condition-12/15/2011

ROC package sent to CSC- 09/21/2011
