hello guys,

We have received the NOA1 for the I-130 and we are planning to file I-129f for K3 and we need to file another G-325A. Yesterday, our HOUSE NUMBER in Pampanga just changed. Will it be fine to retain the OLD number from the previous residence history then just enter the NEW house number for filling up the I-129F form and the new G-325A for the I-129f package?

Thank you!

First, I would just suggest to just take the CR1 route as its a lot more beneficial at the end. Submitting 129-f will just consume your time if at the end you decide to just take the CR1. Anyway, the time frame of CR1 versus k3 are not that long enough to wait. :)

Second, if a certain house number changes just like if the petitioner's house/address changes you need to notify the USCIS.

In your case,

1.)You submitted the I-130 and there are some docs that the USCIS will send to you as a beneficiary, if your house number/ old address will be used, of course those docs will never reach you.

2.)If you will submit 129-f and will use the new address, You already have the record of your infos esp. your G325A

where your previous add can be found, my concern is, there will be discrepancy on your records that might raise a reg flag to the USCIS adjudicators.

So, I would suggest that you call the USCIS,talk to the live operator and update your address so when you submit your 129-f everything is matched.

goodluck. :)

F2A

Petitioner (My Mom)

Beneficiary (My Sister 18 y.o)

06-07-19- Sent I-130

06-11-19- NOA1

02-19-20- "Initial Review, Transferred to another Visa Center"

03-11-20- APPROVED!!!

Call USCIS to update the house number. I petitioned for the k-3 but will do the CR-1 instead. If I were you i'll just submit the I-130 only for the CR-1 visa, and forget about the I-129. Once your spouse gets to US you will not have to pay another $1000 for Adjustment of status that may take 2-3 months. CR-1 your spouse will be set once he/she gets here. He/she can immediatly start looking for work and get driver's license, etc....

VISA APPROVED!!!!!

** Thank God he is home**

Leave the house number as is on G325A for the I-130. On the G325A for the I-129F attached a note explaing that it has changed. It is that simple. In our case my wife moved during the process. USCIS does not really care about the addresses. I called them and they did nothing about it. Once we got to NVC, NVC still had the incorrect addresses. I called the USEM once the case was sent to them and they changed it. The only one sending docs for a K3 to the beneficary will be the embassy so that is why it is important to get it correct with the USEM.

Hi Dale and Trisha,

Thanks for your advice! Will do that!

I noticed that you received your I-130 approval before you sent the I-129F application. May I know why did you decide to pursue the K3 or I-129F?

Miight just want to wait to change the address when it gets to the NVC... First, they are easier to get ahold of,,, And second, they seem to actually have some ability to review and make changes... The CSC people.. always, seem to just read a script and provide no assistance.
